Our Story

We offer small-group classes with a focus on cross training and functional fitness for everyone. Come as you are and do what you can!  We are not selling gym memberships because they are a cheap commodity these days. Commit to nothing, get nothing. Coaching and community support = results. 

Our Mission

  We want to change lives by creating a healthier, stronger you. Our small-group classes feature cross training, free weights, strength, and conditioning with a focus on functional movement for ordinary people. The best way to see what we’re about is to give it a try. First class is free. 

Your Success is Our Success

You've probably tried "working out" before and it didn't "work" or it didn't last.   Our goal is to change your entire view on fitness and health, so that it becomes a part of who you are. Our community supports and pushes each other in a way that's impossible to achieve by yourself.   You owe it to yourself to try our approach. You are your best investment.

Mon. 5 am, 6 am, 9:30 am (circuit), 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 6 pm

Tue. 5 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm, 6 pm

Wed. 5 am, 6 am, 9:30 (circuit), 4:30 pm, 6 pm

Thur. 5 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm, 6 pm

Fri. 5 am, 6 am, 5 pm

Sat. 8:30 am 

More times coming soon.  Open gym is not available. All classes are coached.
